The Tramp Circuit program is designed for beginners to intermediate-level participants who want to explore and develop their skills in trampolining.

This class is suitable for 4.5 years and older, no prior experience required. Classes are eligible for Active Kids and Creative Kids Vouchers.

Our trampoline circuit class for beginners to intermediate offers a dynamic and engaging training format. The class involves a series of exercises and activities performed on trampolines and other gymnastics equipment.

The circuit format involves rotating through different stations, each focusing on a specific exercise or skill. The class aims to assist the learning process of the skills learned in acro as well as developing general coordination, core strength
while providing a fun, dynamic class.

The Intermediate to Advanced Tramp Circuit program is designed for participants who have already developed a solid foundation in trampolining and are ready to take their skills to the next level. The program focuses on advancing participants' trampolining skills by introducing more complex and challenging maneuvers. Participants will learn advanced flips, twists, and combinations, building upon the skills they have acquired in previous levels. The emphasis is on refining technique, increasing difficulty, and expanding their repertoire of aerial movements. This class is suitable for 8 years and older, with prior experience required. Classes are eligible for Active Kids and Creative Kids Vouchers.
