TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT & ENROLMENT AT ‘INFINITE EDGE MOVEMENT’

When students either enrol or re-enrol we trust that parents will honour their commitment to Infinite Edge Movement (IEM) and pay all costs incurred and ask that all parents abide by the terms and conditions as set out below.

This Agreement is between IEM and the Student (where the Student is under the age of 18 years, the Parent/Guardian on behalf of the Student), is legally binding and is governed by the laws of the state in which the Student attends classes. This agreement is binding until we receive notice of cancellation as per the paragraphs below.

Fees

  1. Fees are non-refundable.

  2. Fees are due before the commencement of each program.

  3. If you are unable to pay your fees within this timeframe please inform IEM Team.

  4. IEM does not offer make-up classes outside of the term for any missed classes.

  5. Students can attend another class at either Five Dock, North Bondi or Glebe in case of an absence that was notified to IEM minimum 24hrs prior to the class commencing.

Leaving the Program

  1. Prejudice in any form or to the other terms of this Agreement, we exclude liability and reserve the right to cancel your membership as a result of this Agreement.

  2. If you wish to leave the program, you will need to provide written notice of your intention to do so.

Photography & Video’s

  1. I give permission for my child to be photographed and videoed for IEM promotional purposes.

  2. In the interest of protecting the privacy of all our Students, we cannot allow any classes to be recorded or any Students to be photographed without our prior written consent due to strict child protection laws and ownership of the choreography. Any breach of this by you will entitle us to immediately terminate this Agreement.

Health / Injury

  1. Parents are required to contact IEM Team to advise if a student will not be attending class, (this class will still need to be paid for). Parents and students are reminded they must be punctual to classes to ensure students do not miss out on the warm up, which is necessary to avoid injury.

  2. Whilst all care is taken, IEM cannot be responsible for accidents or injuries. Acrobatics does have risks and participation in classes at IEM acknowledges the risks involved. Parents/Students are required to tell their teacher BEFORE you commence a class if you have an illness or injury that may affect their ability to participate fully in class.

Behaviour of IEM Parents & Students

  1. Please show respect whilst classes are running and keep noise to a minimum at all times. No running in the common area or on the stairs is allowed.

  2. Food or Drink (with the exception of water) cannot be taken into any Studio/Gym at any time. All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided.

  3. IEM is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. Students are responsible for their own property at all times. IEM has a NO STEALING policy. Any student or parent caught stealing will be asked to leave without any refund on fees paid.

  4. IEM wants every Student to have a safe and enjoyable experience, therefore we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without notice for behaviour by the Student or the Student’s Parent/Guardian that is verbal abuse, intimidation, discrimination, harassment, extortion, threats/acts of physical violence (or any other acts of unacceptable behaviour) towards fellow Students, Parents/Guardians, employees or employees of Venues where classes are held.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I have read the Payment & Enrolment Terms and Conditions as set out above and agree to abide by them for the complete time enrolled at Infinite Edge Movement.
